Fruits & Veggies in the Community

Fruits & Veggies in the Community

Coming soon: Cooking classes for Fall 2017!

About the program:

Family cooking classes, presented by the UWSP’s Health Promotion and Human Development department, brings together community members and students to discuss cooking and behaviour change in the kitchen. Families learn new skills to make meals for their families that support a healthy lifestyle.

This program was started in 2016 through a partnership with the YMCA Healthy Weight and Your Child, Aspirus and St. Michael’s health care providers.
